Need grammar help - apostrophe question!

I am trying to order a personalized wreath for a gift on disney shopping, and don't know what is correct.

Say their last name is "Smith"

Would it be...

The Smiths

or

The Smith's

I feel like I should know this, but I don't want to screw it up!
