I have an interview to go and study primary (elementary) school teaching tomorrow. It is really competitive and I am a nervous wreck! Lots of good thoughts for me please!

Plus I just wanted to say how wonderful my mom (suzycute) is. She is a big fan of the podcast, so hopefully she will see this!

I forgot my GCSE certificates for my interview (kind of like a high school diploma, but you get it at 16, and it has your basic grades on them), which I couldn't have done the interview without.

My mom then drove an hour each way to get them to me this evening, so I wouldn't be worrying. This is on top of the fact she just nursed me back to health from my week I had to take of uni because I was so ill!

So just a big shout out to my amazing mom. You are the best!

It went ok, just a long day and pretty stressful, plus there were a lot of really good candidates. Plus they ended up messing us around for hours since a few of the interviewers didn't show.

Even if I don't get in, it's a good experience, and I can always try again with my second choice/ next year.

Teaching is such a great job (tho say goodbye to those cheaper, offseason WDW trips ) and I'm always glad to see new members joing our ranks (even if I am a secondary teacher)
