Need game ideas for 3 players

This weekend I am going to the shore with my two sisters - yes, a get away!! My Mom used to go with us on these trips, but she is getting older and does not think she is up to the walking we will do. In the evening, we used to sit around and play Pictionary, Trivial Pursuit, etc., but now with just the three of us going I don't think those games will work.

Do you have any game suggestions for three players?

We play Euchre which requires 3 players. You can play Hearts with 3 people.

Ticket to Ride is the best game! DH and I played it with just the two of us a lot, and even with only two it's great. Three would be perfect.

mexican train dominoes. You make a 4th "train" anyways. You could also use the dominoes to play chicken foot.
Another option is a jigsaw puzzle to work on as the mood strikes.
