Need feedback: on-line ticket brokers????

Looking for some experiences of those that have ordered MYW tickets through either Discount Orlando Vacations or Ticket Mania. Any problems? How long did it take for you to get your tickets after you ordered?

I just used ticketmania.com for my (4)4 day non-hopper passes and for 4 Universal Studios one-day-one park passes. I received them about two weeks or so after I ordered them, and I got exactly what I ordered. My vacation isn't until June 1st, but I don't anticipate any problems!

They do ask for your departure date when you order them to make sure they get them to you in time. I stated a week earler just to be sure they didn't wait 'till the last minute.

I first ordered from Ticketmania about a month ago....received copies of the backs of my tickets along with the tickets themselves. Tickets actually arrived sooner than I was told they would (got them about a week sooner). I too, was a little leary of purchasing them thru Ticketmania, but, I was very pleased and didn't have one single problem!! FWIW, a LOT of DISer's use Ticketmania......that outta show ya right there their reliablity!!

I haven't used either of them... but last year we got our tickets from Maple Leaf Tickets. Got them in three days... excellent service.

I have used Ticket Mania twice. Both times I received a copy of the backs of the tickets along with my tickets. Each time, the tickets arrived in 2-3 weeks after order was placed. First time, no problems. 2nd time, one of the tickets was wrong, was sent a childs ticket instead of an adult. Emailed them immediately, received a reply the next day. I was instructed to return the incorrect ticket and they would then replace it. Fine with me. I mailed the wrong ticket the next day. The replacement ticket was in my mail box the very next day, no way they could have received my ticket before they sent out the replacement, super service in my book. I will definitely use them again in the future. Also saved over price I had seen quoted every where else. Free shipping is also included in the price of the tickets.
