Need exercise tips!

hiii

i dont exercise.....at all. i need to start haha

but i dont know what to do.

and they cant involve sit ups or ab exercises as I am not flexible due to my spine being completely fused :(

so any tips?

all im doing is dance dance revolution but i dunno if that helps any haha
 
Do you have a Wii? If you do, if you play that hardcore you'll get lots of exercise. Or buy the WiiFit too.
 
If you wanna work the thighs and the gluts, do squats.
Prepare for pain the next day if you do more than 50 though.
 
I can't tell you WHAT to do, but I've got some tips for how to do it. Also, I don't know if you want to lose weight or just exercise. Assuming you want to lose weight (really, no offense at all, I have no idea what you look like):

Get an exercise buddy/diet buddy/someone who cares about your exercising, who will keep you on track. To exercise, you really gotta be motivated. I mean, honestly, who likes to exercise? If you've got someone who cares, you'll be more likely to do it.
Keep track of what you do, how many calories burned, weight lost, inches lost, anything you'd like. When you realize it's making a difference, you'll be more motivated. (Or not, but it works in some cases).
If you're using some of those home exercise dvds, get something you're actually going to use, rather than something that looks the most helpful. As helpful as that dvd may look, it won't do anything if you don't want to use it. If you're going to use a belly dancing dvd, get a belly dancing dvd. There are places that sell stripper dvds. If you'll use it, it'll do good.
Similarly, don't waste money on any machines that you won't use. They're expensive, and if they don't get used, they just end up places to hang clothes.
Buy some clothes in the size you want to be. Some cute clothes that you can't wait to wear. Bonus points if you can't get into them now. It's just another goal.

Also when your sore the next day dont let that stop you keep on moving
Its good to feel a little pain but not alot
I know with me I'm currently trying to lose all the fat and my knees and starting tommorrow I plan to go on a a full fledge diet (I decided to start tommorrow instead of New Years since we will be getting back to school tommorrow and there wont be as many temptations...)
Starting tommorrow there will be no more sweets, no more breakfasts, granola bar for lunch and a tiny dinner I wont eat anymore snacks etc...
I've already began walking to school in the morning instead of riding the bus me and my friend walk together which is healthy for both of us we get to talk and enjoy ourself and burn some calories
It has to be something you really want to do maybe treat yourself once every few weeks for continuing on maybe lunch with a friend or something...
You have to believe you can do it and not give up...

I know you want to lose weight, and I know what it's like to want to lose weight, but that can't be healthy. Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. Studies have shown that people who eat breakfast lose more weight. Even if you just have that granola bar for breakfast, it's better than nothing. Please see a doctor or nutritionist before going on a diet that tiny. It really isn't healthy. And if your body knows it isn't healthy, which it will, it will go on starvation mode. When you enter starvation mode, you will stop losing weight. Eat, but eat healthy. Eggs, protein, calcium. Healthy stuff.
