This is what I came u with for our itinerary for our upcoming June 1-6 Universal/IOA vacation. Tell me what you think. Do I need to change anything?:confused3
Also, what are the best restuarants on I-Drive? and on Universal property?

Day 1- Arrive at offsite hotel (need suggestions for offsite) by 4:00 p.m. Find something to eat on I-Drive. Early night in.
Day 2- Check-out of hotel early and check-in at RPR. Stay at US all day.
Day 3- IOA until tired, have a break @ resort pool then go to Citywalk for dinner, back to resort to sleep.
Day 4- US all day, back to resort for a swim
Day 5- Check out of RPR, go to favorite park till tired, Check in @ same offsite as 1st night, dinner then bed time.
Day 6-Check out then go to Mall (which mall) :confused3. Leave for home.:sad2:

It looks like we will be there at the same time, same hotel. The only thing to add is to consider is HP and GD. Great itinerary. We are going to go early every morn to get our FJ ride and then wing it

I totally think you have over done it....you will be burnt out:goodvibes
Yeah...that's quite a hectic schedule! Glad to see the schedule up.

As far as the restaurants go...

I would recommend...At CityWalk: Margaritaville, Latin Quarter and NASCAR. At IOA: Mythos, Thunder Falls Terrace and Comic Strip Cafe. At the Studios: Louie's, Finnegan's and Lombard's.

OMG!!! I just realized I only have 76 days to put this together.:scared1:. The time is going by so fast

Calm down and breathe! The schedule looks OK to me but it's going to be busy. This isn't Disney were everything has to be planned down to the minute detail. Universal is MUCH more relaxed. :thumbsup2

I was just ribbin ya cause the itinerary had not been posted yet:goodvibes The one thing I have learned on this forum is to relax. Fortunately this does not require the same anal commando attention as a Disney vacation does. My only goal for my upcoming UO vacation is to get through a
Mt. Kumuneyewanadrinkya without doing a faceplant under the table:cool1:

Yeah quite a schedule, we stay onsite, so its not to hectic, and savour the offerings of the resorts, plenty of pool time. With the FOTL, its much more relaxing than Disney.
All the places Metro said, although have never had a bad meal at Citywalk or the parks, and we love The Islands at RPR

Ok, I think I need to calm down and let this vacation go with the flow with minimum plans. It's just that we are on a budget since we are planning on going to Disney in early December.:woohoo:

Take a deep breath...you're not at Disney any more!! I think the only "Plans" I'd make are dinner reservations you might want! You'll be totally amazed how much you can do, in such a short time, with the FOTL perk! Don't be afraid to stay up late at Citywalk, and sleep in, in the morning....you aren't going to miss a thing, because you have FOTL!! :cool1:

Margaritaville is a BLAST, but be sure you make ressies, or you'll be waiting a long, long time to be seated! I wouldn't count on your room key to get you "first available", because so do hundreds of other people. Ressies are the only way to go. Emerils and Tschop Chop are fantastic too...and you can make ressies for them on opentable.com Don't worry, people don't make ADRs 180 days in advance at US/IOA, so you should still have some fantastic options!

Thank you. I didn't think it would be that easy. That FOTL pass is a great perk especially during crowed times of the year.

We went on the 4th of July year before last, which is suppose to be one of the busiest times.....we STILL walked onto most rides. I love Disney, but US/IOA totally rocks!!

I wanted to go during the 4th of July but we're scared its going to be crowed and steaming hot humid. Don't want to take that chance.
