Hi!! I need some urget help :scared:
We're looking for a place to eat dinner in Epcot for 15ish people. Something nice but not extremely expensive. ADR and/or DDE accepted would be ideal!
It'll be our wedding dinner too so..some place special is great too.

thanks!

We had a group of 13 and went to Rose and Crown. We asked and got to sit on the patio area on the water. We got there around 7:30. Our waiter asked if we wanted him to bring everything on out or slowly so that we could watch Illuminations while we ate. Of couse we watched the fireworks while eating our desserts...best way to end the day...fireworks and dessert!!! ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes::
Oh, Le Cellier is also good too!!! :hyper:

I would suggest Teppanyaki or Biergarten. The only reasons I suggest these is because they seat more people at a table and they are entertaining. The food is good, but not exactly what I would think of for a wedding dinner, but that's just me. I saw a wedding party at Chef Mickey's so whatever floats your boat is OK by me!

Another vote for Biergarten in Germany. Fun atmosphere, and they seat you around tables of 8, so your group would have two long tables next to each other.

Teppenyaki was thought about before but I don't think they can sit that many people together..and it'll be weird to split apart.

Biergarten, anything good for the non-alcholics :)?

Rose and Crown is noted!

Biergarten gets my vote ... you can be seated at two tables right next to each other, and it's also a celebratory kind of place.

What about Restaurant Marrakesh? This is one of DH & my must do restaurants. Last May we went with a big party of family, and even the pickiest eaters enjoyed it.

Marrakesh, noted! Thanks! is that the one with belly dancing??
Yes it is and they have nusicains playing while she dances. It is rarely crowded and while the food id different it is not spicy. I even saw them make a special order with no extra flavorings for someone.

Its not a fancy restaurant but, how about the Cape May Inn on the board walk. Actually its the restaurant of I think the Beaches resort. Its billed as in the tradition of an old fashion clam bake. It has table and booth seating and has a buffet with all sort of different foods from sea food to meat and potatoes. And lots of deserts. Every one in your party will be able to find something they like. The foods great but, I cant be sure of the price, I'm thinking $20-25 range

as for restaurants, i saw a wedding party before at alfredos at the italy pavilion the fetticine alfredo there is so yummy. i also vote for biergarten its a buffet so set price & works well for groups with tables of 8 & its festive. teppanyaki dining room similiar to benihanas at the japan pavilion; and if youre looking for something alittle more private but yes more money le bistro de paris in france, its a great romantic restaurant & some of the window tables have views of illuminations.

you could also try booking a small intimate dessert party at epcot
http://www.yourfairytale.com/caterill2.html or try registering as a grand
gathering & do the vip dinner & dessert at epcot. or if you want to step away from epcot try palios at the swan they have a private room there & some good italian menu or even the clambake at cape may cafe at the beach club.

I agree that the Biergarten would be the nicest for a "crowd" with the buffet and big tables. Polka band with a little dance floor too!!! (I guess not too different from my wedding reception in WI !!!! :rotfl2: ), but the Rose and Crown sounded a lot more "pretty" weddingish. Wonder if you could tell them in advance so you'd be assured of the patio. Both would be nice with a little different atmosphere.

Although my favorite is Le Cellier and Chefs de France is also nice, both are very crowded. The Biergarten and Rose and Crown seem a little roomier.

We went there with 19 people and 4 had to sit at a different table. Although the food is good I would not suggest it for a wedding party. For future Cape May Buffet is inside the Beach Club Resort. We did a private patio for Fantasmic with heavy appetizers and a desert bar. We did this thru the Wedding planning for our 10 yr anv. The food and location were awesome and we were treated like royalty. The cost ended up being a couple of hundred above a Magical Gathering party. Which could be an idea for you due to food, space and location is good for viewing any fireworks. Good luck and Congrats.

Biergarten gets my vote for that many people. It is more romantic than folks give it credit. The band makes it that way. And if you tell them at the desk that you are celebrating a new marriage they may even allow you a special dance, but be sure to ask as you go in. Wouldnt hurt to let reservations know also. And the seating will allow for close tables. I think 8 at a table, with seating back to back.
Food is good quality, though finicky eaters may not enjoy as much. At any rate, congrats and have fun!

Thanks everyone!!
I made a ADR at Merrakesh and was noted down as wedding dinner. But will probably make a backup reservation at one of the Paris restaurants.
What's the food portion like at those 2 french restaurants?? I'm afraid to pay too much for a well decorated small plate lol. the ADR phone lady recommended Alfredo too, but we're not into itilian food ...well not for wedding night atleast.
It'll be mainly our folks attending dinner so I can't imagine it be so 'festive' lol. But Merrakesh seems to be unique and exotic to make it a fun night :p
Thanks again
