This just reminded me of stuffed green pepper soup. You take all the ingredients you would use in stuffed green peppers, browned meat, green peppers, rice, tomatoes, onions and chop everything up put it in a pot and add chicken broth. I usually add 2 parts chicken broth to 1 part tomato sauce and add diced tomatoes.
Just another suggestion since soup is always good when you're not feeling well.
