Need Disney info help

Does anyone know who to contact at Disneyland regarding charitable giving? As many of you know, our family hosts a child from Chernobyl every year for a health respite away from the radiation. Akulina is the one on the left in the photo below. Does Disneyland have a program for kids like this? We'd be happy to pay our own family's way but it would be nice to get a comp ticket for Akulina. We're talking about going with another family from our neighborhood who also hosts a child from Akulina's village. I just don't know where to start or where to send a letter to ask for help. Thanks so much if anyone has that info.
