I don't know how to go about asking the right party, but my signature is cut off on the bottom. I condensed it quite a bit, but it is still cut off. Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? TIA

they have new guidelines for the siggie's and yours is too big. you need to delete some things to make it fit.

There are a few threads on the tech board about the new signature guidelines. If you ask there you will be able to fix yours.

I had the same problem so I just did some minor adjustments to keep my siggie
