We have a priority seating at Chef Mickey's on Sunday, Nov 2 at 11:15. My husband and brother-in-law want to watch the Bengals game (I know, why?) at ESPN Club, and want to head over there right after. Does anyone have any suggestion on the best way to get there. Do you have to drive to the ESPN club? I'm not exactly sure where it is even located. Thanks in advance for your help.

espn club is located on the boardwalk. from the contemporary take the bus or monorail to epcot and walk through the park and out the international gate to the boardwalk. i would just walk over from epcot. by doing this the boardwalk will be to the left w/the yacht-beach club resorts to your right. it is easier to find than it sounds!

ESPN is on the boardwalk at the Boardwalk Resort.

If you have a car, I would drive. If you don't, then I would take the monorail, the boat or simply walk to the Magic Kingdom and catch the Boardwalk bus from there. It's a rather long walk through Epcot to Boardwalk I think.

It really all depends on if you will have park admission for that day. If you do then take the bus or monorail from the Contemporary to EPCOT, walk through the park and exit via the International Gateway (between the UK and France pavilions). The Boardwalk resort is just a short walk, or you can take the boat. If you walk you will need to follow the path and then take the bridge to your left. ESPN will be the first club/restaurant you come to.

If, however, you do not have park admission it gets trickier. You would need to take a bus to a park, water park or Downtown Disney and then transfer to the bus for the Boardwalk. In this case you will get off at the bus stop and walk up to the lobby area. ESPN is down the stairs, past the green and then to your right.

Either of these scenarios will take up a bit of time. (At least 1/2 hour and possibly much more.) If you have a car it would be much easier to drive yourselves between the two resorts. As you drive out of the Contemporary you will take a left. At the first light you will make a right. Follow that road to the end (not far...you will pass the TTC and the Poly) and then take a left. You will now be on a main access road. Just follow the signs for the Boardwalk resort. Oh, and if you pay to valet park at the Contemporary you will not need to pay again at the Boardwalk...just show them your ticket.

Hope that helps.

Your responses will help a great deal. Thank you very much. We have a car, but I wasn't sure if there was an easier way w/out using it or not, but it sounds like that might be our best bet.

That's the LONG way. It's well over a mile walk from the monorail stop at Epcot to the ESPN.

Instead, walk from CM's to the MK and catch the bus to the BW. Then walk to the ESPN. Even if you have to wait 15 minutes for a bus, it still shouldn't take more than about half an hour this way.

The way DQ is suggesting will likely take over an hour and require park admission.

The other option is a cab from the CR to the BW, it will cost about $15 plus tip.

Have to agree with ducklite on this one. That is a pretty good walk going through EPCOT.
The BW bus to MK took us right at 13 minutes, same coming back.
We did the reverse in Feb, going from BW to CG for dinner.
Should be no more than @ 1/2 hour trip (max) taking the bus.

I'll add my vote for Ducklite's last suggestion. Take a cab! It is really the easiest way and for $15 you can get there with NO HASSLE! They will pick you right at the CR front door & drop you right at the BWI front door - walk through the lobby, down the stairs, turn right on the Boardwalk and walk on down to the ESPN Club. It is, IMHO, the simpliest way (unless you are able to walk to them, i.e the Epcot resorts) to get resort to resort at WDW - not the cheapest - but the easiest
