My bff and I are taking a girls week out trip to WDW in early October. The only reservation we have so far is for Boma, which I have been to before, and I loooooove.

We need recomendations for the rest of our meals though. We'll be there Monday 6am through Lunch Friday. We aren't big breakfast eaters but if there's something amazing to go to, we'll work it in.

We're both in our late 20's and both from NYC, so used to eclectic food. Want good food and fun experiences.

We're staying at Beach Club and have a four day park hopper, for what that's worth. I think we're also looking mainly at table service. The few experiences I've had with counter service have left me less that thrilled.

Le Cellier isn't available for our stay, and I've been to Coral Reef (thought it was ok), Liberty Tree Tavern (loved it, but was with kids at the time) and Restraunt Marrakesh. (Liked it quite a bit!)

Recommendations for table/signature would be great! Thanks!!

some of our favorites are California Grill (if you can get a window seat its a different view on Wishes - if no window seat then be sure to go out on the observation deck to watch).

If you enjoy sushi, then tokoyo sushi bar is good (Japan - EPCOT).

Whispering Canyons at the wilderness lodge is a fun, very disney experience

Since your going in October dont forget its food & wine festival, so just eating around the world is a great way to spend a nite, or get tickets to the "taste of the Senses" great way to sample some fantastic food, fantastic desserts, great wine and enjoy a show all in one place. My girlfriend and i have done this the past two years and really enjoy evening.

First thing I'd suggest is consider upgrading that ticket to 5days. It will cost about $5-6 and can be done on site, even at BC. That way if there is show, attraction or meal you want to hit before leaving you're free to do so. You can do that the AM of, so not worries.

Consider the Dining plan. You'll have to consider what to do with the CS credits, but it might still be cost effective with the right mix of TS and snacks. To avoid CS all together on the DP, get the Deluxe version ($69.99 per night). You get 3 meal credits per night and 2 snacks per day AND a refillable mug to use at your resort during your stay(coffee, juice, soda, etc.). That plan may be useful as the Food & Wine festival is going on in Epcot; you can use snack credits at the booths. The Deluxe plan also includes appetizers which can be even more eclectic than the entrees at many places. Finally, there are enough meal credits that you can book those 2credit Signature meals and not miss a beat. There will also be enough credits to include room service too!

As for a not to miss breakfast: Boma would be worth the effort for you

We really like Narcoossee's for a Signature meal. You'll find a really interesting menu at CA Grill as well. While it doesn't work for my diet something like the Luau show might be interesting for you two.

If you can stomach a character meal Crystal Palace's dinner menu, and even lunch, seems to be the most varied character buffet. The Norway Princess meal in Epcot certainly has some unique items on the menu too, if you can do princess. You'll also get a photo thrown into the meal too; a nice way to remember your trip.

Lots of people on these boards seem to like Biergerten in Germany as well as the new Japanese place, Teppen Edo.

Thanks for the ideas. I would have loved to do the DDP, but I booked through expedia as it was much cheaper at the time.

And while I do love sushi, I have it so often at home that it doesn't feel special and don't want to waste a meal on it there.

Going to look into California Grill and Narcosees as well as the Biergarten.

I'm there the 5-10th. Is the Food and Wine festival something that can be experienced just by visiting Epcot, or do reservations need to be made for it. I mean I know there are events which require reservations, but are there also booths/activities whatever around the park? Never been before and having trouble finding too much info.

Thanks again!

My TS recommendations are Kona, Spoodles, California Grill, or Artist Point.
CS we love Tangerine Cafe.
