Need Ding Experts Advice

Have already purchased tickets from a DING but now they have dropped $20 lower each. That's $80 for our 4 tickets - do I have the option to rebook? Can I get a credit for original and use toward return flight as I have only booked one way because of date restrictions?

Yes, you can rebook Ding fares to a lower price. Just go to southwest.com, click on Travel Center, then look for "change air reservation". Plug in your confirmation number and name, and then make whatever changes you need to your reservation. I just did this 2 days ago with my Ding fare that went lower. I keep my dates and times the same, just changed the price! You'll have ticketless travel funds that you can put towards your return flight. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Southwest!

I missed it yesterday but will try when it comes up again(hopefully). Will I need to change the info for each ticket or just once for the reservation?

I was wondering if anyone has gotten a DING fare from Manchester, NH to Orlando? I have been watching and waiitng and haven't found ANYTHING yet. I did purchase airfare but was still hoping for a good ding

Dislove - I saw some from Manchester about a month ago and if I remember correctly, it was about $70 each way. Haven't really paid attention since then, but I have seen them. Have you considered driving to Albany for your flight? They were $49 each way earlier this week, might make it worthwhile.

OP-I just rebooked my flights this week. Went from $88 each way DING fare to $49 each way internet fare! I called up SW and the reservationist was very helpful and walked me thru the entire process!

Hi DISLOVE! I booked a DING fare from MHT to MCO for September for $55 per person one-way. But then Southwest came out with a REGULAR fare for $49 per person. So I cancelled DING and booked the regular fare. Seems weird that the DING price was higher - I thought they were supposed to be discounted rates that the general public could not get.... Have you checked Southwest's website recently? The prices went down if you haven't checked...
