I use Ctrix to connect up to my work system with no problem. However, when I try to connect up to my wife's work for her, It will not work. Citrix makes an attempt, then nothing. I can connect to both my wife's work and my own on my laptop, but I do not have Norton on my laptop. Could Norton somhow be blocking one site and not the other? Any experts with any advice? :confused3

Yes, it's quite possible. On most versions of NIS (Firewall software) you can just right click on the icon down near the clock and "disable" it. The newer versions ask you "for how long". Disable it and see if you can then connect.

I think Citrix is having issues this week. I'm in Hawaii, on vacation from CA thought that was why I couldn't get anything done...kept getting messages that the server wasn't accepting new connections. I asked my advisor, she said everyone was having problems...It is so annoying !!!
