Need costume help!!!!!!!

My DH, DD and I are planning a trip to WDW next October for the Halloween celebration and want to dress us as Disney characters for the MNSSHP. I am hoping to find the costumes after Halloween this year on clearance. The problem.....figuring our what my DH can be that won't be super hot. Can my fellow Disers suggest anything? Can you post pics of what you went as? Can you give me an idea how the weather was for your party? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

We went to MNSSHP in mid-October 2008 and it was still pretty warm at night.
