Any one person or more than one person interested in coaching me? I would love ongoing advice and encouragement. I am 32 and in fairly healthy shape. I have a 6 mile mud run in 4 weeks. I am thinking about signing up for a half marathon in 9 weeks. However, there is so much about training that I am unsure of. Am I running to fast? Should I push harder? After an hour, if I continue to run I noticably feel the drain and physical effect. I do not wish to spend the money on energy gels. Figuring out the right timing and food to eat before a run has been hard for me. I don't want to feel bloated and stuffed, nor do I wish to feel hungry.
