Need Cheerleader Information

My husband has just surprised me with a quick trip to Disney as a present for finishing my Masters degree.

Just wondering if anyone can give me exact datres and locations for the cheerleader stampede? I tried to do a search, but I only found outdated information.

PS No offense to Cheerleaders...My daughter is one and I am the team mom. I just prefer to get away from cherleaders for a while on vacation!

I do know that the popwarner football players and cheerleaders will be there the 2nd week in December. I have read that they mostly stay at the value resorts and have little impact on the parks that week. We did switch from ASSp to WL after learning this news. Yep, I'm a soccer mom but do not want to have to deal with the extra crowds and noise on vacation either.

Cheerleading is most weekends in Feb, March and into April. We are heading to WDW on 2/27 for cheering. We had to switch our ressies 3 times before the coaches made up their minds which Nationals to cheer at: NCA, UCA, Americheer, Contest of Champions, etc. (I know I could have waited until their "final" decision before I made ressies, but I was just too excited!!)

The girls from our squads are staying at All-Stars (I'm staying at the Dolphin!!) My understanding is that they will be so busy, they won't have alot of park time. The competitions are held at WOS.

We will be in a cheer competion (sunshine classic) in Orlando at the Hard Rock Jan 30,31 and know alot will be heading to Disney after.
