We are a family of 6 going to WDW in June. DH, me, DS & friend-both 17, DD & friend-both 14. I want to go to a Character Breakfast.....no one else really cares one way or another (or so they'll not admit!!!). So, what character breakfast would you recommend for the best food selections for a group of 6 with some fun characters? Better food comes first, characters second!!
Thanks!

I really like the food at Crystal Palace. The characters are Winnie the Pooh and friends. It is a buffet meal and they have an omelet station and you can order your own pancakes. IMO it is one of the best breakfast meals offered.

The last time I was in wdw I was 17! Haha. We went to the Crystal Palace in MK. The food was good, but it took forever for all the characters to get around. We aslo went to Cape May Cafe and loved it!! This year we are going back to Cape May and are trying Chef Mickey's! I was pretty persistent about Chef Mickey's b/c I've always heard great things about it... especially the food!!!

We ate at the 1900 Park Fare for our character breakfast. The food was great and the characters were WTP & Friends along with Alice, Mad Hatter and Mary Poppins. I would definately go there again. Our waitress was also very nice

I'm voting for Donald's Safari at Tusker House. It was good and my kids really enjoyed the characters.

Cape May or Crystal Palace..cannot go wrong with either place

A must do for us every trip is Ohana's Character breakfast. Good food, sit down service, characters and wonderful views of MK. :)

Well, it looks like everyone has their favorites and we may not be helping you for all voting for different breakfasts!:rotfl:

I would have to vote for Tusker House. If your family says they don't want to do a character breakfast, you can sell it to them by making your ressies before the park opens - that way you are closer to the action when they open the gates. That's what we always do. You can walk right on to Dinosaur and the safari - Tusker House is near both. Then get your fastpasses for Everest and anything else is a bonus. The characters are also classic Disney - Donald, Mickey, Goofy, Pluto, which I really like.

:lmao: No, it all helps! I think we may try two breakfasts....one in AK at Tusker House the day we go to AK then another one (still undecided but leaning towards Ohana) on the day we leave Disney :sad1:
They all sound good...that's the problem!
Thanks for all the advice!

Tusker House is almost as much as far away from Dinosaur as you can get..do you mean another ride? :confused3

I've never been to Tusker House but I've heard good things about it..and if you want to see Mickey and the gang it seems much more low-key than Chef Mickey's.

I vote for 1900 Park Fare and second for Tusker House. The food was equally good at both, but the character interaction was better at 1900. You get Alice, Mad Hatter, Mary Poppins , Tigger and Pooh and the Mad Hatter hilarious! The characters at TH were a little rushed and no face characters to talk with.
