I'm sure this has been discussed on here before, but I am looking for ideas on things we could autographed by the characters. We have been to Dthe parks the past two summers and have always bought the autograph books (with the autographs on one page and the picture inserts on the other page). These are great souvenirs, but we find they end up sitting on the kids bookshelfs.

Looking for something we can get the characters to sign that we can display in their rooms. Does anyone have experience with posters? Any ideas on where to get them? I think these would look neat but am concerned about carrying them around all day.

Any other ideas?

Thanks!

At the end of the school year a few years ago, each student got a beach ball and the kids from the class went around the desks and signed all the balls. That would be something that would be lightweight to carry. Just a thought.

Hats or a tote bag are some of the more common things I've seen.

We are doing drawstring bags next trip. One has a picture of Ariel and the other Tink (2girls). We will put a piece of cardboard in each for support when being signed and so the ink doesn't go through to the front. Each child will have a few sharpies too. Easy for them to carry and not another book. I bought the bags on amazon

DD(13) had characters sign her draw string bag. It's what she uses to haul things around so hopefully someone might notice.

I've had the characters sign my ball cap before. We've done T-shirts but I'm not totally happy with them.

One year we did the photo mat...the opening is big enough for a 5x7 picture, but it fits in an 8x10 frame. It fit pretty well in the bookbag we carried around.

Last summer we did squares of fabric...when we got home, we also transfered some pictures onto fabric and my mom is sewing it into a quilt for DS's bed. Here is a picture...you can sort of tell where the pictures are and where the autographs are...there are also squares of disney fabric as well.

How about a pillowcase (carry fabric markers)?
