Need Care Bears! HELP!!!!

My 3 DD's have asked for Care Bears for Xmas and I can't find them anymore. I saw them a couple months ago and now I am kicking myself for not getting them then. Everywhere I call they are sold out. Does anyone have any ideas? I am open to any suggestions. Thanks.

You can try Hallmark online. I know our TRU and Wal Mart sold out in no time.

That link goes to a Hot Topic page, and it lists two Care Bear dolls that they have. They're only ten inches, which I believe is smaller than most. It also has a link to a giant Grumpy Bear Pillow. It just may be something neat to check out. Also, mediaplay.com has a few Care Bear items (wallets and hats), but no actual Care Bear dolls.

My local Walgreens has them as soon as you walk in the door. They have been there for a least a week, if not more, and look like they havent' been touched.

The cost is 9.99. I believe they may be the smaller one.

DD #3 saw them and asked for one. She thought it was cute. Just have to find time to get there without her!!

I have tried Walmart in Dry Ridge and Florence, Toys R Us, Meijer, Biggs, Target, and Kohls in Florence. I even Tried Johnny's in Latonia. No luck. I haven't looked at Walgreens. I was hoping to get the bears with the movies, but I may have to settle for the smaller version. The problem is each of my girls has decided which Care Bear she likes and that is the only one she wants. Of course they are all different!

Thank you everyone for your help. I think I may have to wait until after Christmas and save them for Easter.

BTW, I had a Care Bear when I was little it was green and called Good Luck Bear and I absolutely LOVED it. Maybe that's why mommy wants to find the girls their own Care Bear.

Do you have KB toys near you? Thats where i found mine. Also, I got Targets sale paper today and they are going on sale tomorrow.
Maybe if you got there first thing?Also, sometimes if you get to Toys r Us at opening, they might have them.

I saw some at www.playthingspast.com. If you are looking for the Care Bear plush and video, I got them at kbkids.com. They seem to be out now, but what I do with KB is check daily as they add things a lot.

That's how I ordered my White Fur Real friend (I'll relax when I actually get it.)

Also, I was in the NYC KB and there were TONS. Maybe you can call the store and get a delivery!

I've seen them at lotsa places- Kay-bee Toys, Toys-r-us, Target, Walmart. Spencers and Carlton Cards have the retro version.

Yes, Care Bears are back in public again! It's part of a whole 80s nostalgia craze as the children of the original generation begin to have their own kids.

I am so excited. I walked into Walmart this morning a low and behold there were Care Bears there. They had tons of Bedtime Bear, 1 Funshine Bear and 1 Friendship Bear. I bought one of each. These are not exactly the ones my DD's asked for. They asked for Cheer Bear, Tenderheart Bear and Friendship Bear. I will keep looking for the other two, but if I don't find them at least I have something for them.
