Need bra help FAST

I have a strapless dress that I'm wearing in just a few hours, and I thought I had a bra that was strapless - but I was wrong! I don't have the time to go to VS and get a new one (nor do I want to spend the $$ for it right now) - is there anything I can do with my regular bras to make it work? I have a convertable bra, but it just goes from regular bra, to halter top, to criss cross.

Please help!

Do you have anything strapless? Like a bathing suit or tube top or anything that might work in a pinch? I don't think there is much you can do with a regular bra to make it strapless unless maybe you want to get creative with some double sided tape?

Is the dress tighter up top? (generally strapless dresses are)... Find a bar that fits extra snug (take to last hook if needed) and if you are ok with cutting the straps, cut them.. otherwise, you CAN just tuck them into the side of the bra. They should both stay up fine... Walk around the house with a couple of the bras like that first to see which one feels the most 'trustworthy'

OMG - I just went through my bra draw, and actually found a convertable strapless bra!! I hate the way it feels - its like you have no support at all since there are no straps, but it is what it is. Thanks for the help girls!!

Put on the bra you intend on wearing, then put your dress on, making sure both are in the "perfect" position.

You may need help with this next step: hold(pinch) the bra and dress together, then put several small safety pins along the top of the inside of your bra, making sure they grab hold of the dress fabric.

When you're happy with the pin placement, take the dress and bra off, turn them inside out and finish pining the bra into place.

Take the convertible bra, undo the straps and wrap them the top of your bustline making the bra tight enough to stay, stitch the straps to the bra and make it kind of *tight*. You could even then hand-sew the bra into the dress itself.

LOL...guys are lucky..
now..mind you...I hardly have anything to work with (34A), but 2 summers ago, when I was 3 months preggo with my son, I could not FIT a bra under this XS dress...so I had to go without... this is a pic of the little trick I used for some sort of cleavage... baby socks underneath as a pushup

Now..I know this won't work for people who are lucky enough to have larger 'cleavage'.. lol, but it got me through my sisters wedding. I am the one in the middle..

Use the convertible bra without the straps. Then take a piece of duct tape, run the sticky side on a towel, and wrap it under the bra. It'll give you support. If you're lucky enough to be a smaller cup, google duct tape bra. There are instruction on how to do it to make a last minute strapless bra.

For anyone thinking of a duct tape bra....go with electrical tape instead. Far less painful when taking it off.
