Need Best Shopping Places in Epcot and MK

Suggestions please! My sister was telling me of a "discounted" gift shop in Epcot. Any know of this?

I don't know about a discounted shop in Epcot. I do think that in Epcot Mousegears has the most overall variety. Obviously in World Showcase you're going to find more unique items for each country. In MK the biggest store is the Emporium on Main Street USA.

If you just want the general merchandise, Emporium and Mouse Gear are the largest stores. For certain things though you have to go to the more themed shops in each land. There is some overlap though.

The ultimate shop is World of Disney at Disney Springs (Downtown Disney). It is huge and has a ton of stuff.

No discount stores on property. As the pp said Mousegears (EP) and the Emporium (MK) have the best selection. Our favorite shop in EPCOT in the store in the Japan pavilion. They have such a wide variety of things. Check out the pick a pearl there. It is a lot of fun even just to watch. If you want to do pick a pearl, jewelry for the pearls can be purchased online before you travel. It is a great souvenir for girls and ladies and not too expensive. Cheers!!!!!

Is she talking about the Disney Visa discount? I think that is at Mousegears, but not 100% positive. All stores can have discounted/clearance items and they do change from store to store. Basically, I always say if you see something you like, buy it then! Don't wait because you may never see it again. And if you see something marked down, definitely buy it then because it may not be found in another store or if it is the price may not be marked down.

While any gift store might have a rack or shelf with discounted goods on it, there is no discount gift shop anywhere on property. The only ones I know of are the Character Warehouses at the outlet Malls.

I've never seen a discount/clearance shelf at any of the stores in the parks. I'll have to keep an eye out! The store at DtD next to the kitchen store (I can't remember the name of it, but it's all under like $15 or something) usually always has a discount section. By section, I mean a very small corner.
