Need another idea for cooking boneless chicken breast

I love making cajun chicken sandwiches on George. You just rub a cajun spice on the chicken. Get some great buns, top the chicken off with a little mayo, green pepper, and a slice of provolone cheese.
 
Soak em in Italian Salad Dressing. Yummy yum yum
 
I use Frank's Hot Sauce on mine...yum! :)
 

I was also going to suggest the Italian Salad dressing marinade. After they are cooked, you can also dash each chick breast with a little more Italian Dressing! Yum is right!
 
I use my George Foreman for chicken breasts all the time, but had never heard of the Italian dressing marinade. Sounds DELICOUS!!:)
 
Salt and pepper cook till done. While that's cooking render some onions in a frying pan sprayed with Pam. Cook them down to your desired liking then when the chicken is done cube the breasts and toss in with the chicken. Then add mustard yep that's right mustard any flavor any brand. We like dejon on ours. Usually 3 tbls or so will be enough to coat the dish maybe more if you like. Then turn up the heat to a med-hi and cook the mustard down into the food. Usually about 5 minutes will do. It's a great low-fat healthy dish for our whole family. Okay here's one more. Cook the chicken in the grill slice the chicken about 1/4 thick then throw it into a fry pan add salsa (we love Bone Suckin Salsa brand the best!) and heat up with salsa and chicken. We take and toss a flour tortisa in another pan sprayed with icbinb spray and heat on both sides. Then add the chicken filling for a great fajata! If you not worried about fat or calories by all means load it up! Now we love to have some zatterani's red beans and rice.
 
I usually make a teryaki (sp?) marinade for my chicken - not sure of the exact measurements, but it's something you can definately just throw together -

soy sauce
white cooking sherry
a little bit of honey
a clove of garlic, minced
a couple dashes of ginger

it's so good :) make up a few at a time and the next day you can add it to a salad with mandarin oranges and a lite asian salad dressing - yum!!!
