I guess this isn't as easy as other recipes, but it is as yummy as it is impressive!
Baked Brie
1. Cut a small 7"ish wheel of regular brie (no herbed or pepper) in half.
2. Spread stuff on the bottom of one brie half. You can use preserves or jam. I like a savory filling like Boursin cheese.
3. Put the top on.
4. Unroll one sheet of thawed puff pastry. You can find them in your frozen foods section. You don't need a rolling pin, just unwrap the pastry and open it up.
5. Wrap the brie in the puff pastry. Use water and your finger to seal edges.
6. Bake on a cookie sheet in a pre-heated 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
7. Cool about 20 minutes before serving. This can be the time you're going to the party.
8. Serve with crackers.

Another idea is Buffalo Wing Dip. I will read on to see if anyone suggested that.
