Need advice

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could give me some ideas of where would be a fun place to eat for our 12 yr old DS, DD, 9 will be having BD while we are there in Jan. so will plan something special, but don't want DS to feel left out. He's not a picky eater, so foods not the problem, just an idea of where he might think it was cool to eat! Thanks

My vote is the Rainforest Cafe, expecially if he likes animals. There are 2, one in Animal Kingdom and one in Downtown Disney.

Asked 13 yo DD what she thought were the most fun places to eat. She said: Whispering Canyon Cafe, Ohana, Chef Mickeys and HDDR. I asked if in that order and she said not necessarily. She likes them all. But there you have it.

Most kids like Beaches and Cream or if they both like sports maybe the ESPN Zone. Hoop-de-doo is always fun and if they like movies you could try Planet Hollywood.

We loved the HHDR, and WCC sounds like fun, we haven't eaten there yet. "Ohana is a first on this upcoming trip.
I would suggest you make a decision soon, as the 90 ADR window for January is at hand. Make your ADR well in advance, to not be disappointed!

Espn zone is a cool place. My son liked Sci-Fi too. It gets such mixed reviews, but we had lunch there and really enjoyed it.

Sorry, when I posted my vote I mixed up the ages of your kids and thought your son was the one who was 9. I don't know that a 12 year old boy would like RFC that much. I would second the votes for Sci-Fi or ESPN. If he likes sports, definitely go to ESPN.
