Need Advice

I have a very weird situation I am planning this trip around. I happen to be taking one of my favorite bands with me to Universal for the Harry Potter Exhibit. I have never been to Universal but have been to Disney many times. My issue with this trip is that we are taking them there at about 5pm (after their concert). It is on July 3rd (Yes, I know it will be VERY crowded). There will be 9, possibly 10 of us. Any ride/sight seeing recommendations in the park? 4 out of the 9 of us don't like roller coasters or extreme rides.

Questions:
1. Your opinion, do you think that the park will be at capacity and if so will there be any chance of getting in?
2. What would you say to check out in the short amount of time we have in the park?
3. Any certain tips or tricks you have?

1. It's very likely IOA will be at capacity and close due to crowds. I don't think the Studios will be at capacity but IOA...good chance for closure.

2. I would completely forget about WWoHP...that section will be a madhouse and if the park does close, it will be because of HP.

3. Try to make the best of what time you have. Maybe do the Studios instead and go to IOA on another day.
