Need advice re friend/worker situation - long saga

Thanks everyone. It has really been weighing on me; and I appreciate the advice. And except for my dh, I have no one to talk to about it bc they all know her. There would be no hiding it.

I think I'm going to call her one last time, give her an opening; and if she doesn't say anything, I'm just going to tell our other friends "She told me she wanted more times with the kids." It's just hard bc our friends think something is worrisome about the situation bc its not like her. While it's not lying, I do feel bad for omitting; however, it is not my information to give. Wish me luck!
