I'm leaving in the morning to go to Raleigh for an early Sun flight, that's why I need some quick advice. I'm flying to DLR whereas we are usually driving to WDW.
Me and DS are big shoppers at Disney and I'm thinking about checking one extra suitcase to bring stuff home. I plan on redistributing my items, but still each one will only be about half full. Has anyone else ever done this? I'm guessing it's cheaper to take an extra suitcase than to ship a lot of stuff home. Does the suitcase get banged up a lot more if it's light? Will it make me seem suspicious to the TSA?
Also, I'm assuming I can put my carry on gels in a sandwich bag, just as long as it's not larger than a quart, or will they take issue with that?
Thanks for any last minute help I can get!

We tend to be big shoppers when we go certain places so we make sure to take an extra bag with us when going on a longer or farther trip. I believe it's cheaper to take an extra bag, but if you are thinking of bringing anything breakable, such as glasses, etc. I would recommend taking them with you in your carry on, or shipping them home. No matter what airline you are on they do sort of throw bags around when loading them on and off the plane, Or throw other bags on top of your bag, DH and I had two glasses broken the last time we went to WDW
. So if you plan on bringing back clothes or something that is easily packed away in a suitecase, then you shouldn't have a problem, but anything breakable, either pack extremely well and hope for the best, carry it on the plane, or ship it home.
