Need Advice on Seeling Contract

I have a small 55 point contract that I am interested in selling. Anyone have suggestions on the best way to do this?

People tend to like the timeshare store. The prices have gone up a lot since January. Right now is a good time!

The DIS does not permit for sale posts - that includes posts with specific info about the contract. General questions about the process are welcome.

I disagree. The buyer can save a few $. I understand it still has to pass ROFR but the brokers commission can be passed along as buyers savings. I have done this on multiple occasions.
