I'm planning a trip in November for my boyfriend and I and I'm having a heck of a time deciding on a dining plan. My boyfriend is a bit of a foodie and wants to eat at quite a few signature restaurants. I'd like that as well, but I'm not really a big eater. If I order a meal, I will not get an appetizer or dessert. Sometimes I'm ok with a small salad and an appetizer. It seems a bit of a waste to use two credits for a meal that would cost $20-$25 out of pocket.
So I was thinking of getting the quick service plan and using those for breakfast and a late dinner and paying out of pocket for a late lunch at the signature restaurants. What do you guys think? Does this sound good or should I just get the Deluxe Plan and plan on using it for breakfast and a signature dining restaurant for dinner? We could always use the snacks for a light lunch. Ugh! Too many options.

sounds to me like you'd be better off with the quick service plan (depends on how much quick service you want) or no dining plan at all.

Not sure which signature restaurants you're considering for a "late lunch." Only two signature restaurants - Brown Derby and CRT - serve lunch at all.
