We have been thinking about getting one for our basement...
It has a musky kind of smell to it..
We didn't know if we could get one to hook up to the furnace, how big we should get or any name brands....
I am guessing our basment to be around 700 square foot...
Thanks in advance...
:D

most are free-standing and either have a pan to catch the water or a plastic line which, if you have one, that can be run to a drain.

Try www.honeywell.com or do a google search.

:wave2: Hi Todd.

We have a Kenmore in our basement.
Works great.....we've been using it for the 18 years we've been in the house.
It does have a pan/bucket/container that has to be emptied....I water the plants. How often it needs dumping depends on what the weather is like.
