Need Advice on Character Meals & Shows

Can someone point me towards or provide a link to a list of Character Meals and Must See Shows at each park.
I am in information overload, and really need to narrow down our options and make some decisions, but i don't even think I am aware of everything that is out there yet!
If you just want to give me your 2 cents on your favorites that would be great too!! Thanks for your help!

The best way I found to do this was look at each park at Disney's site.

When you are at their home page, highlight PARKS and click on the first park (ie, Magic Kingdom).

Then on the left-hand side, you can choose to look at all the dining options in that park. Then look at all the attractions to narrow down which ones you want to do/see there. And look at all the entertainment, etc. etc.

Once you have MK figured out, move on to the next park.
