disneysnowflake: To your question, Will I be allowed to just sit on the curb up on the sidewalk to view the parades? I'm only planning to view MSEP and the Halloween party parade.
They have sections for people in wheelchairs and their family for the parades and fireworks. They will be marked on the park map. You have to get there early to get a good location in the sections. Has to locating your wheelchair from everyone else's, They will put your name on the back of the seat.Hope this helped, have fun.
