Need Advice: Getting to Surf's Up Breakfast From DL

OP here, just to report back.... We did do the Surf's Up breakfast, but modified the plans somewhat because the entrance lines were insane that Sunday and we got into the park later than I expected. So we skipped Fantasyland and did Astro Orbiter, Buzz Lightyear and the Matterhorn before breakfast instead. The boys had no problem leaving then since they were anxious to see Mickey and knew we had 3 days altogether to get things done. We took the monorail (which the boys loved) from Tomorrowland and then walked to the PPH per Darkbeer1's post. Very few people were on the train, we had a car all to ourselves. The 3 1/2 year old did great with the walk. It only took us about 20 minutes altogether, which meant we were almost 1/2 hour early for our reservations. No problem, we were seated within about 5 minutes of our arrival. We had a great breakfast -- first designated photo op time with Mickey, then Daisy, Stitch and Minnie came by the table as we ate.

As for a stroller...the 3 1/2 year did great day 1, but on day 2 he was lagging. When DD and boys went back to the hotel for a rest mid-day on day 2, I walked down the street to Walgreen's and bought an umbrella stroller for the rest of the trip. With the stroller we could cover the trips to/from the hotel and get through the parks at a faster pace, and the canopy kept some of the unexpectedly hot sun (for November!) off his head. Our flight back was with Southwest so no cost to check the new stroller.

Thanks for all the suggestions...it really helped having a workable plan!
