Need advice for son

The good news is his name is not on the lease. That would have been a nightmare.

Not trying to be nosy but what is left over there. If it's just cell phone chargers and a couple of dishes I'll agree with you and chalk it up as lesson learned but if it has any monetary value he may have to suck it up and go back for round 2.

I'm not sure yet. He went to work without unloading my car. I went through his clothes to wash them and he has NO underwear, only a couple pairs of socks and only about half of his tee shirts. Easily replaced. The main things of value are here now -- computer and other electronics.

I just want him quit of this whole mess.

Well, he got most of his stuff today! He talked to the landlord and he went with him. He didn't get everything, but at least came home with some of his clothes, his computer and gaming system.

I say he chalks the rest up to lesson learned.

YEA!!!:yay:

Glad to hear that he got some of his things!

And, yep, unless there is something of real and substantial value.... forget the darned T-shirts and RUN!!!!!

Good job...
And, yes, hopefully 'lesson learned'! ;)
