This is what I would do:
Step 1 -- Look at the park schedules and decide which parks you want to be at based on EMH. Do you want to do all the am EMH or all the pm EMH? Or do you want to avoid EMH parks? Once you have picked your parks, then . . .
Step 2 -- start booking your ADRs. You might not get what you want the first time, but keep trying. I booked our last trip in a little over two months time and got every single ADR. A lot of them become available when people reach their 45-day mark and cancel their trips. That would be about now for an end-of-Feb trip. I got on the Disney dining page multiple times a day throughout the day until I had everything I wanted. You might also want to look at a thread in the dining section called something like Feb. 2012 Cancelled ADRs (title may vary).
Step 3 -- Now just go with the flow! You know which parks you will be visiting each day and you know your ADRs. I don't think crowds will have picked up at the end of February the way they will in March, so touring the parks should be relatively relaxed.
Have a great trip1
