Hi People,

This is my 3rd trip to WDW in the last 18 month, but the party are adding up fast. Im looking for a room for 6 (3A & 3 CH), out of Disney property. Anyone had good experience renting a house, any contact or web site with good reputation for a 2 or 3 bedroom house.....

Thanks..... :confused3

I don't know when you're planning to go but the Nick Hotel Family Suites looks fun. It is still under renovation but supposedly should be officially open in June (www.nickhotel.com)... I am looking into staying there NEXT year. Right now mousesavers has a rate for $148 there.

We stayed here before it was renovated and loved it. It was so close to the parks and the free breakfast for six can't be beat. My only problem would be the combo of people going. I had six, but four were my kids.(so they didn't mind sleeping on the sofabed. Is the third person a real A or a teenager? If it a third A, I don't think I would want to be the one on the sofa bed. Also the second room had bunks which were nice but that third bed was not very nice. It came out of the closet and was very uncomforable and short. I would say try to get a house so everyone is happy not just the couple on the king size bed!

Best of luck, we are planning a trip for a family of 6 as well, having a tough time decideing where to stay. Found some great houses on vrbo.com and have seen some great things on this board about using them.

I don;t know the site but Vistana Resort is great- you can a two bedroom (2-3 beds) room w/ a kitchenette, living room, washer/dryer, etc. If that's not enough beds, you can get connected to another room so it's really a 4 bedrooms with 4-6 beds, two kitchenettes, two living rooms, etc. (maybe even a pull out bed/couch) It's really good deal and the connection is accesable- usually in the front hall area. I've been down to Disney four times and each time we stay at Vistana. The rooms are big and great and the resort itself is amazing and huge.
Hope I was of some help!
