Need Advice for Christmas Week

Last year we went to WDW Christmas week and were able to get a ton done between 7a-10a. Is it the same for Universal? We have the opportunity to stay at Cabana Bay Resort Christmas week (Dec 19-25) cheap and I am wondering if we did the 7a early entry if you can get rides in between then and 10am also. Anybody been there last Christmas?

We went the week before till Christmas last year. The mornings were great for getting stuff done. We did a mixture of Universal and Disney and we noticed that Disney was WAY more crowded than Universal was. We never waited more than 15 minutes (Except the Harry Potter stuff was about 30-45 minutes).

Awesome! Thanks so much for the first hand report. We were only at Disney last Christmas week so I was not sure how Universal looked.
