Here are my current ADR's- would love some advice on other ADR's to make or which ones to cancel and replace. Our group will be 4 adults (in early 30's) 2 small children, 4 and 1. Two of the adults (men) have never been to WDW before and I would like to make this a special trip for them. The other adult hasn't been to WDW in about 12 years.

I have scheduled:
50's Prime Time Cafe (dinner on day 4)
LTT (lunch on day 2)
CRT (brkfst on day 3)
Tusker House (lunch day 5)
Boma (dinner on day 5)
Whispering Canyon Cafe (on arrival day- but will cancel b/c we are going to MVMCP)

Should I reschedule WCC or try Ohana (I've been there before) or Jiko or????

We will be at WDW for 5 nights- I need advice for dinner Day 2 & 3 (both MK days)

I figured we would do lite brkfst in the room most days except for CRT- unless anyone has better ideas.

I'm looking for fun places that are kid friendly and would also appeal to first time adult disney visitors! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'll try to keep this as simple as possible, as far as my suggestions. We go to WDW about twice a year and making ADRs is a big part of our planning, because Disney Dining is an important part of our trip while we are there. There are places and foods we enjoy so much that we continute to visit them again and again. Some we try and add to our "MUST DO LIST", others we try and eliminate from our future visit list. Here is our "MUST DO LIST" almost every trip:

MK
Crystal Palace Character Breakfast - 1 TS
Cosmic Rays Cafe - CS (Great variety and good food)

AK
Tusker House - CS
Flame Tree BBQ - CS (These are both good, just depends on what your in the mood for roasted chicken or BBQ)
No TS restaurants here, unless you want to go to Rain Forest Cafe, but that is not on the DDP.

MGM
Sorry to say we not crazy about ANY TS or CS restaurant in this park. I would plan on dinner at a resort or DTD on this day if it were me.:sad2:

Epcot
Biergarten in Germany -1 TS (we usually do lunch here and enjoy the show)
Le Cellier -1 TS (Every trip, one of our favorites, Try the Mushroom filet):thumbsup2
Teppan Edo -1 TS (New name, same good restaurant, if you like Hibachi)

The next 2 catagories are where some ofour Most favorites places to indulge are. IMHO, the food is much better and worth trying.

Resorts
Ohana at the Poly - 1 TS (catch a ADR for Wishes and it is even more magical)
Kona at the Poly - 1 TS (Great food, teriyaki steak...yum!)
California Grill - 2 TS (One of the best! Also a Wishes viewing spot with the right ADR. Even for just drinks and dessert this is a great place!):thumbsup2
Boma (1 TS) and Jiko (2 TS) at AKL- for an adventure in dining...
Yachtsman at the Yacht Club - great steaks

Downtown Disney
Wolfgang Puck Express - IMHO the BEST CS in all of WDW!!!
Wolfgang Puck Cafe - 1 TS (Great food!)

Special Dining Event
Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue:rolleyes1 :dance3:
(Good Food and Great fun for everyone in your family! My boys beg to go every trip, even though we only go every couple of years, it never gets boring!)

Hope this helps out a little. Please PM me with specific questions if you have them.:)

Thanks Mickey Motto!! Your suggestions help narrow things down!

Lgl Blond, looks like we are going at the same time! :) We are staying at SOG. Are you guys doing the MVMCP? Where else have you guys decided to do ADR's for?

If you're gonna be in the MK area, then i'd suggest O'Hana's. It's close by and you can hit MVMCP right after you're done. That's what i'd do.:thumbsup2

So far these are my ADR's:

Sunday 12/9/07 Jiko at 7pm; Animal Kingdom Lodge

Monday 12/10/07 Chef Mickeys at 6:10pm; Contemporary Resort

Tuesday 12/11/07 Lilo & Stitch breakfast at O'Hana's at 10:00am; Polynesian Resort
Tuesday 12/11/07 Crystal Palace at 2:30pm; Magic Kingdom

Wednesday 12/12/07 Le Cellier at 7:10pm; Epcot

Thursday 12/13/07 Sci-Fi Drive in at 12:40pm; MGM Studios

It's still a work-in-progress.
