Need Add on Advice

I have a dilema! I want to add on to my 160 points at SSR but can't figure out what is the best way to go. My first thought was to find some small comtracts - 50 points each so down the road I can always sell them if need be... Clearly they are very ahrd to find.So I called my guide and a 50 point add on is $98.00 a point! If I go to a hundred $90.00 a point. When I take the $80.00 a point figure for the one small contract available and then add closing costs ....price goes up again. Now I'm thinking maybe I should buy a 200 plus contract resale and then sell my 160....what to do....what to do.....Any suggestions??

Since you are looking to add on at SSR (right?) I would purchase the 100 points, but request that your guide divide it into 2 50 point contracts. They will do this, and you will get the $8 discount.

Most likely, you will receive 2005 and 2006 points depending on your UY. That gives you 200 points available immediately. If you dont need all that, rent them out and use the proceeds to help pay for the add on.

You can also list with all the resalers to get small add-ons.
