Need a tip on tipping....

buffet style restaurants at Disney.
Do you give 20% like a regular restaurant? I always do because I feel like the servers are actually working more by bringing clean dishes, clearing the dirty ones. The good servers that is. My mom asked me this question last weekend while we were at Boma's and I was just curious what other people do.

As long as we get good service, I tip the usual 15%-20%.
