This is not really a recipe but a technique... I use Pampered Chef stoneware -- the rectangular baker and the bar pan (turned upside down to use as a lid) and bake it for an hour at 350 (it simulated a clay baker type of thing). Drain off fat, and add bottled BBQ sauce and cover and bake for another hour. These are fall off the bone tender.
Now, you can dress it up with a dry rub first if you want.
I have tried other ways, but this one is easiest and tastiest.
