Need a quite dining location for a short online meeting.

It is possible that I will have a request for a 20 minute business meeting during my WDW trip next week. Is there a lunchtime location that is quite enough that I can join a teams meeting at lunch. I haven't made any reservations yet but I am open to any suggestions and I have the park hopper option so I should be able to move around.
Thanks.

If your open to going to a resort, you can find some quiet corners there. Having trouble coming up with any quiet places in the parks.

I think you'll have better luck just outside the tunnel entry at MK, or someplace like that, rather than an in-park location. You could leave the park and head for a bus shelter or just the entrance area, then go back into the park when the meeting ends. I guess another option, if you are at MK, would be to walk over to the GF and find a quiet corner in the lobby or someplace if you need to be indoors.

There is no such thing as a quiet lunch place inside the parks. You might possibly find a quite lunch spot at a resort.
Do you really want to be on a business call surrounded by people who have nothing better to do than listen to your conversation? On the flip side most people tend to raise there decibel levels when talking on the phone which is super annoying to everyone around you especially if there trying to eat lunch.

Not too many indoor places for a quiet, meeting friendly area inside the parks and given it's hot, you won't want to sit outdoors if not necessary. Many of the deluxe resorts have business centers so you can do a meeting or find a quiet corner of the resort to sit at. If you are a leader on the call/speaking a good bit, pls don't sit in a restaurant on a call you'll be engaged in, that's really not enjoyable for the folks dining around you.

WDW has several theme parks and hotels. We have no idea where you will be.

If you’re at MK at that time then I’d suggest going over to the Contemporary. There’s some couches out of the way by the escalator near where you check in for California Grill. I’ve seen plenty of people working and participating in online meetings sitting on them over the years.

As a pp said, you’re not going to find anywhere quiet enough within the park to have your meeting in private and in a professional manner. The background noise from other people will be disrupting you and the noise from your meeting will be disrupting other people trying to enjoy their meals. Using one of the resorts business centres is probably the best solution or rescheduling for after your trip.

The only place a can think of that would be quieter would be second floor Columbia harbor house.

Or maybe porch of aunt Polly’s intimate sawyer island. Also quieter for a quick meeting would be by the restrooms there still open in the splash mountain interior “ courtyard”

I also agree that doing a virtual meeting in a lunch place is not a great idea. There are some quiet places you can find at each of the parks, but without knowing which park you are planning on starting your day at, you are going to get a variety of suggestions.

I agree that quiet spots can be found at all of the resort hotels, if you know where to look.

During our Covid 2020 Christmas trip, my daughter missed a day of school, and she logged in with her third grade class for story-time on my phone from a quiet bench in Animal Kingdom near Dinosaur.

Assuming you'll be using earbuds / headphones so other guests are not disturbed, my suggestions:

-Satu'li Canteen (indoors has quiet corners and it's never full) in AK
-Tables near Big Top Souveniers in MK - almost always empty and quiet
-Tom Sawyer Island (MK). Tables near 'Aunt Polly's' cafe, which is not usually serving food (so nobody will be sitting with you) or rocking chairs near the fort.
-Epcot: benches in UK gardens, benches near waterfall in Canada. Always quiet
-Wilderness lodge, multiple quiet seating areas on different floors

All of the Disney park restaurants tend to be crowded and noisy during lunch and not really a place I would choose to participate in any type of business meeting. I think returning to your room might be a better option. Some Disney hotels also have business centers you might look into. Even if you are wearing earphones, not sure you would want others around you hearing what you are saying if discussing any sort of confidential business issues. Part of the reason people tend to speak louder using online video sites is the connections tend to be spotty. Even with good internet connections, you might still find it hard to hear what everyone else is saying.

If you want to eat during the meeting, get an order from Steakhouse 71 mobile order and use the location at the Contemporary suggested above.

There are families and loud background music everywhere at WDW. I think a better bet would be to go back to your resort for the meeting. It just seems really unprofessional to do a meeting from an amusement park.
