I've been working a lot of OT and will continue to do so for the next several weeks.
That means 10-11hr days with no lunch break and barely enough time to get up and pee - forget about walking around.
I need a good, quick, and easily kept pick me up to take to work with me when I am starting to crash and have hours to go before I am home having supper. I have a wicked sweet tooth - small amts of carbs are ok. not a fruit person and I hate raisins and celery.
Any suggestions?

Protein is supposed to fill you up and keep you satisfied. Maybe half a whole grain bagel with a tablespoon of peanut butter (if you have the facilities to store that kind of stuff!)
I can't get past that rice cake taste though
