here is the letter i just sent (i think it says it all for me right now): after waiting and waiting and waiting for HOURS today to get into the VMK prize machine room. I (####) come into line AT 6:15 ish PM. and because I arrive at 7:05 (simply because I was stuck in a line of 650 people) I can't play. when I finally do make it without crashing I can't even play, even though I got in line at 6:15 pm.

I just don't think this is a fair deal. I can't help but ask why were there not more than one room prepared for this event? I was looking forward to this and the possibility of getting inferno. which I have wanted so badly. I would have been ok if I had not won it simply because I got the wrong number, but to not even get a chance? I am just so disappointed. as I was with waiting hours and hours on the maze event. only to not be able to get into any of the mazes there either and using up hours and hours of my time.
there must be a good reason... what is it?
I just hope this will be a help in the future of planning events. there are so many guests today who did not get a chance. including me. even though I got in line 45 minutes BEFORE the closing of the game.

I give them a 33% overall for the event and have sent a letter. The prize rooms stink, I think you have to work at Nasa or something to have a system that won't crash. These rooms just don't work unless they are more stable. I did win a prize for the costume contest but that was inequitable and not even handed in distribution. It also involved much waiting and crashing. The plus was it seemed more stable and at least you could entertain each other while waiting. If I got no prize I would have scored it 10% because some folks are fun to have in the room with you.

Its like, I don't even want to play anymore... it makes me so upset. I know its just a game, but... grrrrrr.

Was the maze not a big enough hint as to what might happen with this one? It doesn't take rocket science to figure out that one. Gosh, you would think they learned their lesson LOL

These events always sound like they will have great potential but something always goes terribly wrong. So when I hear that there are problems with an event it no longer suprises me.
