??????????????????????????????????

UH I just feel like I am forgetting something Vital!!!!:confused3 Any thoughts at all would be greatly appreciated

ADR's, list of must see or ride; plans - which park which day; mousekeeping envelopes; clothes and toiletries packed or a list of what to pack; camera, chargers, and memory cards; snacks to pack or netgrocer ordered; lots of sunscreen and purell; pet and/or house sitter, stop mail and paper; address labels printed out to send post cards, ..... that's all that I can think of at the moment. ::yes:: I'm OCD.

:wizard: Are you wearing costumes to MNSSHP????????

:wizard: I would advise you to call FL Tours the day before your arrival to ensure you are on the next day's pick-up list.
We had an issue with them last year. No biggie, they picked us up when I called (after a 45 minutes wait though). Also, they WILL stop at a grocery store if you ask on your way to WDW. Make sure to have a grocery list already prepared because you have a limited time in the store.

:wizard: Do you have a "tentative" itinerary prepared?
Having a guideline of what you want to do each day will help.

:wizard: Do you have transportation secured from your home to the airport and vice versa?

thanks I never thought of making a list for the grocery stop!!

How about a print out of park and parade hours for while you are there along with your ADR list on the back. We usually do that and laminate it so we can just toss it in the bag.

Don't forget small bills for tips for check in and Mousekeeping

Yeah if I were to show you my chart of hours I think I might scare some of you I highlighted (according to color and everything) my DBF got a little worried:laughing:

Oh you can't scare me... or many of us on this board I am sure.. we all have some version of the same chart.

I have a color-coded spreadsheet. :rotfl2: (Seriously!)

Yep - same here. We still don't tour commando but a schedule gives us an order to avoid having to tour commando. I also like having everything on one sheet.....until you drop it in the park :rolleyes1 and wonder if someone else is going to take over your ADR's.

I don't bring the whole spreadsheet into the parks. I actually thought of losing it and someone having all our ADRs and hotel confirmation numbers. I also have a card printed for each day with the park we plan to visit with hours, parades, fireworks and show times, etc ... and our ADR with confirmation number listed. Yes, it may sound a little neurotic. But, it makes the day go pretty smoothly. Also, I have a list of rides to attempt for the day. Each family member picks ONE "must" ride for the day. Anything on top of that is a extra magic! :wizard: We don't tour commando anymore with being DVC Members and Annual Passholders, we visit at least three to four times a year. However, having some form of a plan/itinerary still helps make the trips go smoothly. I even plan in at least one full non-park day mid-week. It's a great day to recharge for the second half of our trip. :cloud9:
