Need a Home Rental

For this summer in either June or July, I am planning on getting a 4 or 5 bedroom home rental like a timeshare but with no contract, only for a few days. I have seen some rental communities or resort complexs and they look very well furnished and clean but I have seen some bad reviews as well as good. I need to find some fellow Dis'ers on here that have stayed at a home hotel rental. I'm also looking for one that costs anywhere from $119-149 per night.

We're renting a four bedroom townhouse in a couple weeks. I would recommend checking out www.vrbo.com. There are a lot of private listings on there, many of which are part of larger communities. You can find reviews on www.tripadvisor.com or do a search on here. Both tools have been extremely valuable to me.

I have a great recommendation!
I stayed there last month. Its in INdian Creek. Disney is about 5 to 10 minutes away (all depends on the traffic). Its off of the Formosa Gardens Blvd turn! Its is a nice and quiet area!

The owner is very nice! He is quick to respond to any questions and etc.
It was 95 per night when I booked it in Feb. I think he raised it for the peak season which would be 99!
