Here's another one-
1 large onion, minced
1/2 cup celery, minced
1 small green pepper, minced
1/2 stick butter
1 lb. crabmeat
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tbl. mustard
1 tbl. mayo
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
salt and pepper
Saute onion, celery, and pepper lightly in butter until tender. Do not brown. Add to crabmeat and 3/4 cup bread crumbs. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pack into well greased shells or a casserole. Sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 400 degrees until hot and lightly browned.
