I need help picked out a great honeymoon restaurant at Epcot. Of course I tried to get Le Cellier but no dice and after much deliberation settled on restaurant Marrakesh. I have been to WDW twice before but DF has never been. I have never eaten at Marrakesh but it does get high reviews in the passporter. Had lunch reservations at Coral Reef where I have eaten at but he wanted to do a dinner so I chose one that would be new to both of us. Marrakesh or Coral Reef for dinner?

We ate at Coral Reef on our honeymoon and LOVED it though so many people haven't enjoyed it as much as we did. We are going again for lunch on Monday so we'll see if we still like it.

For a really special restaurant/experience, I would walk to the Boardwalk area and eat at Flying Fish. The food is amazing and the service is incredible. We've eaten there twice (once at the bar without a reservation) and both times we had a phenomenal dinner. You can check out the menu at allearsnet.com.

Have a wonderful honeymoon (we did five years ago and now we own DVC and my husband works for Disney....so watch out!:rotfl: )

Chefs de France is ooo la la. What could be more romantic than France?

And I second the recommendation of Flying Fish. :thumbsup2

I'm not sure how much help this will be to you as I haven't tried Marrakesh or Coral Reef so I can't really recommend one over the other, but if you are looking for a romantic restaurant in Epcot, I would recommend Bistro de Paris. My DF took me there for a surprise romantic dinner, and it was fantastic. We watched Illuminations during dinner from our table and really enjoyed the food. It brought back memories of our trip to Paris years ago.

Marrakesh is a really fun and memorable dinner. There's a bellydancer there and you can get up and dance if you want to! Plus it is so different from our usual dinners out.

Flying Fish at the Boardwalk has always been a favorite of ours. The decor is beautiful, the food is great. You can take a boat from the International Gateway at Epcot or walk there.

Have a great trip!:goodvibes

There are of course lots of nice places at the resorts, but agree that Bistro de Paris is probably the nicest place in EPCOT for a quiet, romantic dinner. Enjoy.
