Need a full size candy bar wrapper for tomorrows b day party

I thought I had one of these made already and I cant seem to find it anywhere. Dolly was so nice and made me several things for my LOs b day but Im not sure if she is available this evening or not. I was sitting to print these and cannot find it. If someone can please help and make this for me I would greatly apprecite it. I would like it to say
Thank you for celebrating Averies 2nd Birthday with us.

I was waiting to see if Dolly was able to do this. I don't have the images she used but thought oh what the hey I'll post one I have. I always seem to mess up the chocolate bar wrapper size .

Thanks for your help. It is very cute! They al turned out nice, I was able to put them on photoshop, the print as 2 5x7s on a page not to fit on a frame. Worked prefectly! Thanks again!
